针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，宁国市已于1月24日启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，市委、市政府高度重视，统一部署，各项疫情防控工作有序展开。在此，我们向您提出如下建议：
1. 做好自我防护
保持良好的个人卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出时佩戴医用防护口罩，废弃口罩规范投放。注意居所卫生，适当开窗通风。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。
2. 减少外出活动
尽量不要外出，避免前往人员密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动。
3. 不适及时就诊
若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到我市定点医疗机构宁国市人民医院就诊，联系电话：0563-4019522、13856303318。
4. 参加联防联控
如果近期曾赴疫情高发地区，或接触过这些地区的来宁人员，请第一时间向指定医院或外事部门报告，同时要密切注意身体状况，多居家休息，少外出活动。当政府、社区和医疗机构人员做疫情防控登记询问时，请予以理解支持并配合做好工作。
5. 及时关注权威信息发布
请关注安徽省卫健委“健康安徽”微信公众号，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方权威信息通报。

Dear foreign nationals in Ningguo City:
To cope with the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel corona virus (2019-nCoV), Ningguo City launched the highest-level (level one) public health response on January 24, 2020. The CPC Ningguo City Committee and the People’s Government of Ningguo City have attached high importance to and made comprehensive deployment on prevention and control. The People’s Government of Ningguo City hereby sends the following message to foreign nationals living and traveling in Ningguo:
1. Keep good personal hygiene. Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub. Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to designated garbage bin. Please keep the room clean with proper ventilation. Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Drink more hot water and eat thoroughly cooked food instead of raw or undercooked one.
2. Reduce or avoid outdoor activities. Minimize outdoor activities, avoid poorly-ventilated or crowded places, and cancel group activities such as gatherings and dining.
3. Seek medical care early. If you have fever, cough, fatigue, or difficulty breathing, seek medical care immediately at a designated medical institution with a mask on (People's Hospital of Ningguo City, Tel: 0563-4019522, 13856303318).
4. Join in our mass prevention and control efforts. Incase of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to designated medical institutions or foreign affairs departments as early as possible. Heed personal health more, stay at home for enough rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community and medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.
